Perfect for overnight at the airport

Excellently positioned for an early flight out. First free shuttle to the Terminal at 05:30 a couple of mins walk from the appt block. On arrival by Ktx from Seoul I took a taxi from the airport at around $8 Aud as the bus/shuttle looked a bit tricky to know where to get off. Large enought studio appt with separate nice bathroom & toilet. Very near to Paradise City complex to pass some time.

Make sure that you get your "how to find the place and your appt number and keycode" email/text in plenty of time. The "guesthouse" is not a place at all, it is your appt in what is really a residential/office block. They didn't get round to sending me mine and it was only by good fortune that someone with a Korean phone called them for me.

Good place for an overnight stopover

Clean and tidy. Met our expectations. Great water pressure/shower head. Comfy beds. Close to airport/free shuttle. Bottle of water in the fridge was a nice touch.

Tiny towels. A fullsized towel would have been great. Also some cutlery in the kitchenette would make a great addition.

Best place to rest before your morning flight.

Perfect place if you need to stay close to the airport to catch a flight the next day. The neighbourhood is quiet. However, there are plenty of restaurants around to have a meal and a beer. Also, convenient stores. You can take a shuttle from the airport to the place, a taxi or walk—everything you need on the flat.

Google Maps doesn't work in Seul, so you must use Naver or Kakao maps. The directions from the host were a bit ambiguous at the beginning, and we couldn't find the place on Naver, even though we had the Korean address. So it would be great if the host provided the Naver or Kakao maps so people can quickly arrive at the place.

Satisfying stay close to the airport

It was very clear how to find the shuttle bus. Excellent amenities in the surrounding area. Try the Indian restaurant 'Raj' in the same building on the ground floor.

It was not clear on which floor we had to go to pick up the room key.

Be careful! Ask Questions! Get Clarity!

Kevin was a very nice individual. He tried to make our stay as pleasant as he could by later bringing in an electric stove, a few plastic bowls, cups, etc. This was appreciated, but definitely not what I was expecting from the way the post was advertised. It would have been great if he could have offered some type of credit for all our troubles, but we live and learn! Never again will I settle without asking questions upfront or asking to see the actual property before paying.

Well, for starters, when I selected this booking, it was it advertised that there was a bathtub. Which was the first of 2 reasons why I selected it. There was not. There was only a very old, small boxed shaped area full of mildew, which included a shower head. My second reason for selecting it was because it also advertised a kitchenette area. I was going to be there for 7 days and need to be able to cook for my children. Yes, there was a stove, microwave, and fridge, but we were not told (in advance) there would be no gas and that the stove was not electric. Not to mention, the cupboards were bare. Not one glass, plate, utensil, etc. in site. Then, lastly, the beds were hard. After contacting Booking.com, I was advised that I could talk with the host about cancelling the reservation and requesting my money be returned. After speaking with Kevin, he explained that there hotel is mostly used as a "transfer" hotel, not for long stays. Which, I would have been fine with that, but be honest and upfront so that I could make an educated decision about it being the "best fit" fo my family. I had already made arrangements, scheduled appointments around this location and it was a bit frustrating to have to make all of those changes after the fact and look for a new place to stay. Kevin agreed to refund my money, but unfortunately, I was going to have to wait on th credit and pay AGAIN for the days I had already stayed. I was not very comfortable with that and due to the location being near the dental facility I needed to visit again for a follow-up visit, I decided to bite the bullet and deal with it since I was in so much pain.

Sketchy Host and Sketchy Hotel

Noting - The host was a total sketch ball. The check in room looked messy and sketchy. It was a room created inside a spare bedroom. The host lied to me telling me that to get to the nearest train station I would have to be driven by him since its 7 minutes walk away in actually when I ditched this place (rightfully so) - my train station was a 3 - 5 minute walk around the corner. The location is great if you have a short lay over as its right next to the hotel

Everything - The check in room was sketchy. The host gave me creepy vibes. He lied to me. The check in counter was was made inside of a spare hotel room. He literally asked me right as I walked to the counter "how do you want to pay" he didn't great me or offer water or nothing. The hotel is an hour and a half from the city if you want to explore the city.

One night Accommodation

Large rooms with just about every amenity that a guest would want for a one night accommodation! WiFi was FANTASTIC and FAST! LOCATION was great - just two FREE Shuttle Bus stops from the Incheon Airport. (Since I was familiar with the local area, we took the FREE Incheon Airport bus to the Prime Guesthouse, instead of bothering them with a free pick-up by the Prime Guesthouse shuttle.) Plenty of local restaurants near! A 24 hour supermarket was also within a 12 minute walking distance. I would stay here again. EXTREMELY ADEQUATE for one nights lodging!

The Bath towels! Actually they were hand-towels and NO larger! Impersonal reception - friendly enough to get the job done but not anything more! I checked over 200 channels on the TV and not one was English speaking! (But not a big priority for me to watch TV anyway!)

Great value for a quick stopover

Near airport, price, and restaurants/shops nearby make it a convenient stopover. Had a full and two doubles in selected rooms to fit whole family

Beds were made but appearance they may not have fully washed sheets.

Recommend it for an overnight transfer. Correct and very close to the airport.

Confortable and clean. Our guest was very friendly, he came for us to the airport and took us back very early . We appreciated his help and recommendations.

Perfect for peaceful rest before flight

-Room was huge and equipped with a kitchen -Shower was good -Internet was decent -Clean and comfortable -Close to restaurants and shops -Lady at reception was nice and welcoming but I think she couldn't understand a question I asked about the taxi, told her not to worry and checked into room happily. A while later, a man who was more fluent (and probably was called in), came to our door to explain that the lady was unsure and if I needed to ask him anything. It was so nice of both of them to ensure we were OK like that.
